Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are prepared, packed, and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after order confirmation.
Shipping & Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location and carrier performance.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, our support team will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pinerey is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but later reported as lost or stolen. If you encounter a delivery issue, please contact our support team for assistance.
